Linguini ao molho de camarão
Usei:
1/2 pacote de linguini
1 cebola pequena picadinha
500ml de molho de tomate "honesto"
600g de camarão limpo e temperado com limão e sal
1 colher (sopa) mostarda dijon
azeite, sal, pimenta branca
Fiz assim:
Dourei a cebola no azeite, acrescentei o molho (esse já estava pronto, mas pode ser feito um nessa hora), a mostarda, acertei o sal, temperei com pimenta e deixei apurar, juntei os camarões deixei cozinhar por 3 minutinhos e desliguei o fogo. Enquanto preparava o molho cozinhei o macarrão em água e sal, escorri e juntei ao molho.
